First Friday

In our first Friday meeting we discussed:

- feature matrices and the ability to track inter-dependencies of modules
- ability to add other maps, and its importance to the projects timely success
- specialization of work


The latter was a discussion regarding the need or lack-of for each group member to learn the inner workings of ASP.net.

Andrew for example will specialize on databases and will be the one who designs the back-end.

Shawn and myself will work on the presentation layer such as the portal.

All will attempt to have an equal input into the design of the overall architecture.
